received the worst manicure experience at Secret Nails. I had an appointment a hour before it closed. It was packed and when I got there I waited half an hour before I was seen. The woman who handled my manicure was rough and made my hands bleed. I even expressed pain and she did not slow or even apologize. The place was not clean and there were remnants of past manicures (i.e. Other people's nails) on the table. She burned my hands with wax. She rushed through my manicure and was more concerned with leaving on time then with doing a good job. They asked for the money before I was finished and were shutting off the lights while I was still there. This is the worst nail establishment I have ever been to and I will never go back.

DO NOT get your nails done with liquid gel. They use cheap cheap gel. It will start peeling off in a day. They rip you off for that products. I stop going back with them after telling them they use cheap stuff. They deny it. All they want is your money. No wonder I never seen them busy to get nails done. I repeat, DO NOT get your nails done there. Also, they WILL charge you $1.00 service fee if you use your card to pay for the service.

i love this salon. i think it is the best salon in town. Good customer service and they do the best jobs which is supposed to be. i always have good time when come to this place! love this salon. I would recommend to everybody ;)

I was given a $100 gift card from this nail salon. I made an appointment and went to redeem services. I was told that the policy of the salon is a six month expiration date. Fl law statue 501.95 disagrees with this policy. The manager of the store told me sorry, this is their policy. I will file a complaint with the better business bureau. This is theft in my mind and should not be tolerated. You would think in our economy a small business owner would be concentrating on customer service, since we are the very people that pay his bills, no customers, no business! I cannot comment on the actual services for obvious reasons but would strongly advise against purchasing gift cards for you or loved ones!!!
