I have a Chelsea ships clock that ran beautifully for twenty years and then stopped. I looked up clock repair on Google and found Landmark. I took in my clock and a number of weeks later it was returned to me and ran for a grand total of three months. After stewing for another few months I called them and explained my issue. I was told to bring the clock back in which I did and it ran for about another three months. There was n o charge for the second visit but there was obviously no improvement. That was about six months ago and I still have a beautiful time piece that is not running. I think these folks only know how to "tinker" with mechanical clocks and not how to really repair them. I could try them a third time but why bother when I know what the end result will be!

I had five watches that needed new batteries. The degree of skill needed was more than is available at a Walmart. I saw Sandmark advertises battery change. My total drive time to Sandmark is about 40 minutes. So somewhat of an undertaking. They were able to change 2 while I waited and asked that I leave the others. I came back a week later and they said they couldn't change the batteries in the ones that I left. Although everything pointed to them not even looking at them in week I had left them there! I ended up taking the watches to a jeweler, who changed the batteries while I waited without difficulty.
