Powerhouse Gym

This review is in reference to Baileys Powerhouse customer service, I am an active duty military member currently returning from deployment, upon my departure for deployment I requested a freeze on my gym acct which did take effect, upon return from my 9 month deployment I returned to baileys to re activate my membership and inquire about my "frozen time" it was explained to me that I would only be allowed up to 6 months of my frozen time and the additional 3 months was LOST time. LOST TIME that I PAID FOR, while defending this country, which Ive done on multiple deployments, only to have this company say it doesn't matter we only do freezes up to 6 months. NONE of this was explained prior to my departure. I'm not canceling my contract because Ill honor my obligation, but really what is GIVING ME MY 3 MONTHS of membership time that I PAID FOR back for use. I am on a $30 a month plan and I'm not OK with just giving away $100. Ive spoken to multiple people including the corporate office,

The free motion machines are like nothing I've ever tried. They customize to my body type and can do 5 exercises on one machine. The lockers rooms are always clean and the customer service is great!

The place is great. Bailey's took it over from Super Fitness and put in all new equipment. The place is now clean and well run. I can now use the other Bailey's locations as well. Anyone who ever saw this gym as Super Fitness needs to come back and see a REAL gym.

stay away....I dealt with another location on Merrill.....they will not tell you when they reduce rates....they have extra fees they may decide to add on and when you contact their corporate office they will say "that's too bad." Corporate staff is rude and hateful....do not deal with this company!

the people that work there are unproffesional and dont know any thing about fitness

I have had a great experience with Super Fitness. Dan is very knowledgable and helpful. The trainers are real pros and the amenities they offer, for the cost, are exceptional. It's clean, convenient, good equipment...I don't know what more anyone could want from a full-service gym.

Super Fitness, managed by Victoria Layton as General Manager and Co-Owned by Daniel Heggblod, have violated my privacy by providing private information to a 3rd party. After several messages requesting a call back concerning a solution to this issue, both parties remain conveniently unavailable. As a would be guest of a registered member at Super Fitness, I would not recommend this facility to anyone that values a place of business safeguarding their personal information. Do yourself a favor, stay clear of Super Fitness!
