Unfortunately We did not have a good experience here. I signed up my son for tackle football and was given the complete run around. First they couldn't give me an answer about when practice would begin. I paid the $135 in May. They tried to schedule my 10 year old to practice with teenagers. Then a coach from the right age group called around August. He didn't seem interested in having my son come to practice at all particularly after asking about his height and weight. The practice was 45 minutes from where we live so I decided this was not going to work for us. Btw they don't tell you where practice will be before you sign up. I was told I would receive a refund of my money. I have made many phone calls to PAL leaving messages with at least 4 different people including managers. Only one person returned a call to state that they don't know what happened. It is September 24th, 2014 now. Still no refund or even a call to explain why it's taking so long. Shame Shame PAL:(
