I adore this store and their staff! I have a few dogs that were bought from here and I can not be more pleased! The staff is very knowledgeable on how to help grow my little ones. The manager at the store really took the time to help me decide what puppy is right for my home and family. If you are looking for a new puppy then I would go here !

If I could give NO stars I would. I bought a darling Yorkie that I adore. They charged me $1800, which was reasonable for a pure bred Yorkie. I asked if he had papers and they told me that they were on the way from the breeder. When they arrived, they were certainly not what I expected ... it's APRI REGISTRATION. Read up on that ... their documents allow puppy mills to provide "papers". Don't be fooled. I've had my dog three weeks. I've had over $500 in vet bills for parasites and stomach issues. Apparently Giardia runs rampant in this place. Their response to my BBB complaints (after they wouldn't return my calls) was to insult me and tell me that I must be completely uneducated. Be sure you get what you pay for with these people. They are not above board.

I bought my sweet little cavapoo here. Their store is always clean and you can tell they take good care of the pets, unlike other stores I've visited in Jax. Great job Pet World! I'll be looking to buy again soon. Thanks for everything.

I am a very unhappy customer. I took my dog to be groomed the first time and they did a good job and charged me what they said they would. The second time the lady had me initial a box about an extra charged for a dog being matted. She said they just "make her do this" but won't charge me. Well, when I showed up to pick up my dog they charged me $10 more. I have never paid $55!!! My dog was not matted, she has thick hair. I will never go back there nor refer anyone to Pet World. They are sneaks.
