Partridge Well Drilling (PWD) was established in 1892. At that time drilling rigs had masts that were made of wood. They were assembled and dissembled for each job and mobilized from site to site on a horse drawn wagon. Power was from steam. Since 1892, PWD has encompassed six generations of the same family. PWD's current president is the fifth generation to manage the company. Utilizing the most advanced equipment and safest drilling procedures available has helped us to achieve our goals of providing quality performance and sustaining a solid register of satisfied clients. PWD has constructed thousands of wells, for many different uses, including, but not limited to:Public Supply Wells for large municipalities, Wells producing over 3,000 gallons per minute for fire protection, Golf Course irrigation Wells, Injection Wells, Recovery Wells, Piezometers, Monitor Wells, Air Sparge Wells, Domestic Wells, Commercial and Residential Irrigation Wells, Sprinkler Wells, Geothermal Wells, Dewatering Wells, Cathodic Protection Borings. PWD currently has 40 employees and operates eight drilling rigs and 10 service trucks. PWD is a certified Florida "Drug Free Work Place". PWD has the experience, talent, and professionalism to handle any drilling and/or pump operation.
