Jackie Neal is a professional makeup artist in the city of Jacksonville, FL. She started in the fashion/cosmetic industry in 1979, working with local models and talent. Her creative talent for makeup inspired her to pursue additional training and become a certified makeup artist. Jackie is a graduate of the Joe Blasco Makeup Center East where she trained for television and film. From there she began instructing professionals and non-professionals in the area of makeup application through seminars and workshops. She currently works as a freelance makeup artist and instructor. Jackie collaborates with photographers, celebrities, models, artists, and corporate clients, and provides them with the latest fashion trends and styles in makeup. Her professional experience as an instructor includes teaching makeup, hair, & fashion for the John Casablancas Modeling Agency, Mary Kay Beauty Clinics, bridal shows like Rip the Runway benefit for AIDS and Premier Bride. Her love for makeup and fashion inspires her to be one of the best makeup artists in the region & in the industry. She loves clean beauty, which is her specialty, but she's not afraid to venture over to the wild side with dramatic looks & fantasy makeup!
