Habitual neglect of call buttons on a daily basis. Residents wet their beds before help arrives. Aides go three at a time for breaks. This makes no sense. An attitude of not caring among aides. Aides refuse to help if they are not assigned to that patient. This is NO place for anyone who cannot fend for themselves. My 90 year old mother fell and cut her leg while being assisted to the bathroom. The aide had a very uncaring attitude. This should never have happened and is unacceptable! This is not the place for loved ones who cannot care for themselves!

My mother in law resides at Life Care on Lenoir Ave. in the nursing home facility. The nurses, CNAs are fabulous, caring, compassionate, and patient. We would definitely recommend this facility.
