I just e mailed to cancel my membership. I joined with silver sneakers. When I went in for the 2nd day, no one would show me how to use any of the equipment. a Man that was there from a higher level in LA Fitness showed me a couple of machines to use right then, but he said that was not part of their job! n You have to pay additional or for a personal trainer to get all of that I guess! What a load of crap!
