Worst service and car I have ever rented. First and last time renting from this location!!!

I travel to Jacksonville monthly on business and will be renting my cars elsewhere.

Upon arrival, there was a huge line and 1 person working at the counter. There was another gentlemen in the back not helping.

The woman at the desk was rude, unhelpful and genuinely annoyed to deal with the customers.

Once it was my turn I was handed the keys and told to go inspect the car and note any damages etc. No one came with me or even showed me where the car was located. This is a huge lot and it was not easy to find the car. I asked if they could show me where the car was and I was told to go outside and click the button until I found it.

Once I found the car, the condition was the worst I have seen. It was filthy on the outside, the front license plate was hanging off the car. The tires were bald, and would not pass any state inspection. The car had so many dents and scratches it was difficult to even note them all.

The interior had huge stains on both front seats. The air conditioning vents were broken inside and the vents could not be adjusted to point towards me.

The car had obviously smoked in and there were ashes on the floor as well as the seat.

I went back inside and told them the car was filthy and the tires were bald. I was told I would have to wait 1.5-2 hours for a "clean" vehicle.
I was there on business and had to get to my meeting and didn't have the option to wait for another vehicle.

I have rented many cars over the years and this was the worst service, and worst car I have ever had.

Save yourself the trouble and pay the few extra bucks to rent from somewhere else. This place is the WORST!!!!!!!!!!
