I looked into several Audiologists before deciding on Dr Faull. Her knowledge and quality product was second to none. I wanted a product that I could control at the touch of a finger and she came thru with the Odicon system. As easy to use from my cell phone as getting a number from the call list, I can control programs, volume, background noise, and much more just by calling up an app. Nothing complicated or I couldn't do it, believe me. I was not brought up in the compute age and am not comfortable around electronics, but this is so easy and uncomplicated that anyone can do it. I would recommend these products and especially Dr Faull to anyone seeking hearing assistance .
