      Dr. Harold Cesar graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science with an emphasis in Exercise Physiology. He completed his medical education at Des Moines University-College of Podiatric Medicine and Surgery in Des Moines, Iowa. He then moved to Texas and completed a three-year residency program. During his training, Dr. Cesar logged over 1,200 surgical cases. Dr. Cesar receives extensive training in elective and reconstructive foot and ankle surgical procedures and diabetic limb salvage. Dr. Cesar is also extensively trained in foot and ankle trauma. Dr. Cesar is a member of the American Podiatric Medical Association as well as the Florida Podiatric Medical Association. Dr. Cesar is on staff at St. Vincent Hospital Riverside as well as Southside, Jacksonville Surgery Center, and Parkside Surgery Center.
