No such thing as customer service with them. I've had to call constantly and see if my parts were in, twice no call and no show. So had me get off work and no show. Then one time showed up just after 730pm. This place is terrible. Will be looking else where. Oh and the owner never calls back like they claim he will. Guess he doesn't care about his customers either. Shame!!

don't use this company they will misdiagnose you appliance and wants compensation though on warranty 139.00 for misdiagnosis: dryer hot not drying clothes after a 60 minute cycle 3 service calls and 2 no shows! DONT USE THEM!

I have used Consumer Refrigeration and Appliance Service to repair my Whirlpool front loading washer twice - March 2015 and October 2015. Both times I received excellent communication and efficient, professional service. I would highly recommend them for your appliance repair. They arrived on time (actually called and came a day early in March :), completed the work timely, explained the issues, and once finished, left things clean and tidy. These guys are great!

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!! After a week and a half scheduled appointment and a verification they were suppose to call 20 minutes before they came, NO CALL left and would not come back, NO phone call, no return! Horrible phone customer service, Amanda said nothing she could do!! Don't waste your time with them!!
