Don Richards is normally the service tech that performs the annual ac/heat checkup on both our homes. He is always on time, efficient and knowledgeable. I called and immediately got help and someone came out with in 24 hours. I needed to replace my air conditioner and it was changed out with in 48 hours of my original call. I got the best deal from them and have had no issues since the change out. They are professional and courteous and I will certainly call them back if I ever need them again! I would recommend them to everyone!
