Dr.Acre did surgery on my back in the 1980's, when orthopedic surgeons said I would be in a body cast for six months and would have a at least seven inch scar . Also only gave me 50-50 chance of not coming out of the surgery in a wheel chair. I had been in pain for 10 months, went though therapy and pain management treatment to no prevail. Dr. Arce said he saw no problem with doing the microscopic surgery and I would have at the most 2 inch scar. So I trusted him and had the surgery, I have been pain free since, I have had no problems and live a normal happy life thanks to him. I would recommend him in a heart beat. Beverly DiPerna
