- Residential Pest ControlA typical residential pest control treatment includes removing spider webs around the perimeter of the house or office. Special attention must be paid to windows and doors but the entire perimeter must be checked. Our professionals will have their web removal brush treated with insecticide so that any spider contacted will be eliminated.
- Commercial Pest ControlOur goal is to provide our respected customers with the highest quality service and guaranteed satisfaction. We take pride in providing an environmentally safe and dependable service at your convenience.
- Pest IdentificationA: Sure! Our technicians can usually identify a bug by asking you a few questions about where you found it, size, color, and general shape. You can also check out our pest identification on the web site for help.
- AntsNobody likes fire ants except other fire ants. If you’ve ever had the misfortune of accidentally kicking a fire ant mound, you know how fierce the little pests can be. They attack in swarms. They bite viciously, and they don’t stop until they drive any invaders away from their home. Fire ants have spread across Texas and into the southeastern states. They cause millions of dollars in damage to farms and nurseries.

- TermitesIf you have termites and want to get them under control, it’s important you take steps to handle them as soon as possible. Termites that get into your business cause more problems than you might think.
- Bed BugsFor more than 75 years, B&B Exterminating has been using the best strategies and tools in the industry to solve our customers’ pest problems. We can handle a variety of pests, and bed bug infestations for residential and commercial properties are one of our specialties. Bed bugs are notoriously difficult to eradicate, but we know exactly how to eliminate these stubborn pests and keep them from coming back.
- FleasFleas are more than a nuisance. They are annoying to humans, but they are also a danger to you and your pet’s health. Fleas are much more difficult to get rid of... and keep removed... than most retail products would have you believe. It can take several weeks and treatments to eliminate fleas altogether. B&B’s flea programs, however, are the proven solution to protect your home and pets from fleas.
- CockroachesThe National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences (NIEHS) reports that one-in-five children in the United States have severe sensitivities to cockroach allergens, which increase the severity of asthma symptoms. These allergens are most commonly introduced in homes through cockroach saliva, droppings and the decomposing bodies of these pests. Cockroaches can also carry bacteria such as E coli and salmonella on their bodies, which can contaminate food, cooking equipment and food surfaces.
- BeesCarpenter bees can bore holes into your home in the fascia boards, siding or trim. To invade your house, they chew a half-inch entrance hole into the wood. Then, they begin boring deep tunnels. Carpenter bees can weaken the main support beams if left untreated. Honeybees build hives behind the walls. As the hive expands, the bees eat through the moisture barrier.
- WaspsBees and wasps may seem like nothing more than a minor inconvenience, but they can do serious damage to your home. Controlling wasps and bees is an important part of home maintenance that’s best left to a professional exterminator.
- TicksLyme disease has emerged in recent years as a major health risk to human beings. Transmitted by ticks, typically between May and October, Lyme disease is largely found in the Northeastern, upper mid-western Western states of the U.S. However, there has been an increase in the diagnosed cases of Lyme disease in the South. It is critical to be vigilant of ticks, especially if you are in wooded areas. Symptoms of Lyme disease include a “bull’s eye” rash around the bite, flu-like symptoms and extreme fatigue.
- CricketsGrasshoppers are medium to large insects. Adult length is 1 to 7 cm, depending on the species. Like their relatives the katydids and crickets, they have chewing mouthparts, two pairs of wings, one narrow and tough, the other wide and flexible, and long hind legs for jumping. They are different from these groups in having short antennae that don't reach very far back on their bodies.
- EarwigsWe use them every year to do our termite inspection and yearly pest control. Always know what services you’ll receive ahead of time and how much you’ll pay. No surprises. Plus, in six years we’ve only ever had to call them back out once for earwigs and that was bc it was a rainy year. Recommended.
- MosquitoesB&B Exterminating deals with a variety of pests on a regular basis, including mosquitoes. These insects are a serious problem in our service area, especially during warmer months. Mosquito infestations can be very dangerous, even deadly so we recommend that you have them removed as soon as possible.
- BeetlesIf the seller of a home has a “Termite Guarantee,” you might think that is enough reassurance to forego an inspection. But, in fact, other threats still remain. B&B’s inspection will identify conditions conducive to infestation, as well as other wood destroying insects such as powder post beetles, wood borers, wood decay fungus and dry-wood termites, which are not covered under such guarantees. There’s really only one way to be absolutely sure. In many states across the U.S., a wood destroying organism report is required for the transfer of property.

- Stinging InsectsStinging insects send more than 500,000 people to the emergency room each year. These pests are aggressive in nature and often sting as a way to protect their colonies or larvae from human beings who attempt to remedy an infestation on their own. This aggressiveness, combined with being disturbed, often means that these pests tend to sting repeatedly, which adds to the potential for greater skin irritation or a serious allergic reaction. A B&B Exterminating Pest Management Professional can provide a level of expertise and knowledge of technology that can best rid these stinging insects and prevents future infestations.
- SlugsMoles, and the tunnels they create, are often considered a garden/lawn nuisance. These small rodents have pointed snouts and tunnel underground searching for a meal of insects. While their tunnels are an annoyance to most, some people consider these tiny mammals beneficial since they feed on potentially harmful insects like mole crickets, grubs, ants, and slugs.
- Sow BugsProfessional pest control is performed with fully integrated pest management (IPM) programs. These treatment plans include much more than just applying pesticides to control spiders, earwigs, sow bugs, ants, roaches, and a long list of pests we call occasional invaders. These integrated treatments include thorough inspections to identify conditions around your home that might create harborage, provide food or water, or allow access into your home or office.
- Moles
- RaccoonsMole crickets are about 1.2–2.0 inches long, with small eyes and shovel-like forelimbs highly developed for burrowing. Mole crickets make tunnels in the ground, severing grass roots and causing the earth to bulge upwards. They also eat the roots and shoots of grass. Mole cricket damage looks like brown patches. Predators such as raccoons and armadillos may further dig up the turf to feed on the crickets. Mole crickets are nocturnal, which means they do their damage mostly at night. Mole crickets do the most damage from late August to early October. Pesticides are effective for control. This pest is covered by our lawn program. X
- SnakesSnakes are one of the top phobias, going back thousands of years. They are one of the most feared pests in the world. B&B professionals can help you with that by repelling snakes with their Snake Prevention Program.
- Armadillos
- RodentsRodents typically invade homes and other buildings in search of food or to escape harsh weather. One of the most common culprits is the house mouse. While the house mouse is a wild animal, this species typically lives in or around houses or crops. Their loose connective tissue enables them to flatten their bodies and squeeze into structures through tiny spaces.
- Mice
- RatsB&B Exterminating has spent decades ridding customers of a variety of pests. Many of the infestations that we deal with are caused by mice, rats and other rodents.
