      Operational for more than 10 years and located in Jacksonville, Fla., Angelwood provides community-based services for disabled people and their families. It offers residential group homes that provide supervision and personal care services. Angelwood provides summer camps that include a variety of recreational activities, such as arts and crafts, sports and hiking. It also offers adult day training and employment programs. Angelwood provides behavior assessment and analysis services for monitoring progress of patients. It also offers community support services for adults who live independently. Angelwood is a member of the United Agency of Northeast Florida. It also provides residential and home-based respite services.
