Techs don't know what the heck are they talking about...I got almost ripped off at this place but I was smart enough to walk out! BEAWARE, Ripp Off, Installing Pirated Software etc...bad reputation!!!

Trade in my non working one for better one for $125, plus it comes with a warranty even if I get another virus.

I can definitely recommend Alpha if you want an extremely knowledgeable tech to work on your desktop/laptop. The store/office is not much to look at, but the prices are great and the prices are very very low for what other places charge. This guy will not try to sell you anything to make a sale when only a small repair is needed. Very honest!

I could not believe his quote for my repair - it was half of the lowest prices I was quoted. I thought it would be a bandage fix but he gave a warranty and it had a full over haul + air blasted. The only downside is that you must set appointments do to that he always doing contract works fixing Plasma TV's.

DO NOT give your computer to this guy. I had busted my power jack on my laptop, and my usual guy was out of town. This guy said he could fix it, but instead screwed my whole computer. To make it worse, he charged me $125 and stopped answering the phone. He doesn't know what he's doing and he knows that he doesn't know!
