DETAILS
General Info
Open since December 2015, Picnic has already won over Jackson locals, who voted it best new restaurant, best lunch spot and best baked goods. Our mission is simple: Offer good food, made fresh, all day, every day. We know everyone's busy, so we cater to on-the-go lifestyles by stocking a fridge filled with pre-packed salads and sandwiches. Our boxed lunches are perfect midday companions on both floats and meetings. Picnic stocks locals' favorite pastries handmade by our Persephone Bakery (think croissants and chocolate chip cookies), as well as our versions of American classics like pop tarts and rice crispy treats. Tapping active Teton appetites, we make fill a reach-in fridge with sandwiches, salads and fresh juices. For those with more time, we invite them to sit and enjoy a biscuit egg sandwich or one of our toasts, piled high with fresh ingredients. Brunch lovers can linger over our cocktail menu of classics like mimosas and bloodies. Come high noon, we cater to confabs with fresh salads and veggie and meat sandwiches served on our housemade bread. Afternoon brings happy hour and our ample list of cocktails and wines (packable too: wine in cans make for merry picnics). And of course, we do coffee, in every form imaginable. We offer a custom organic blend from Jackson's own Snake River Roasters. We do pour overs, and we host a rotating roster of guest roasters--the best of the U.S. from the likes of Intelligentsia, MadCap and Four Barrel.Open since December 2015, Picnic has already won over Jackson locals, who voted it best new restaurant, best lunch spot and best baked goods.
