My family and I went to this restaurant last week and the waitress was so rude. She took my mother in law's plate without her even being done with her food. We literally had to flag her down just to get a refill on our drinks. Also, when we were getting ready to leave the waitress was very disrespectful because we didn't tip her for her bad services. She told us not to sit at her table again. Worst experience ever.

Just left there a little while ago. There was a couple who came in while we were sitting there. One was apparently charged lunch price and the other dinner. When this was brought up, everyone in the restaurant heard the manager tell them that they could pay the dinner price or leave. They returned to the table and I heard them talk to the police. We left as the manager was lying out his teeth to the police about what happened. My family will NOT be returning there EVER again. If he lies about this, heaven knows what else he lies about! Horrible customer service and even worse management!! You don't treat customers like that.

Go here on my lunch break all the time. The staff is nice and the food is fresh and great all the time!

The food was fresh and good but the customer service was horrible!! We had a party of 8 and since they automatically charge a gratuity fee they didn't refill our drinks in a timely fashion and had a bad attitude. The manager Soll was very unprofessional as well as the staff. The police came and advised him he should have the sign about paying gratuity posted at the door instead of the counter since patrons don't normally walk in and go to the register.

Go there the service is great the folks are great and the food is OMG yummmmmmm!
