Just flossing and brushing for a few minutes a day combined with a regular check up (for healthy people that do not smoke or excessively consume alcohol) is enough to promote a healthy mouth and smile. Dentists recommend a check-up and professional cleaning once every six months. As members of the American Dental Association, our dentists keep up with the latest information in oral health.
