I have been a patient of Dr. Milner’s for over a decade. He is a superb physician dealing with my Lymphocytic Colitis, GERD, & recently my bathroom Reno/ mold situation. I am very grateful for his wonderful care & Professionalism!

Dr. Milner is one the rudest, most apathetic, most disrespectful people I have ever encountered. No bedside manner whatsoever! Treated us as if we were stupid. He was very arrogant and condescending. I wouldn't recommend him to my worst enemy.
