I love shopping at Carter Jewelers. They are very friendly and can answer any questions I have when purchasing jewelry. They also have a great staff along with an experience jeweler that can custom make jewelry. I had my ring sized while I waited and it is just beautiful. Oh, they price was just right to fit my budget.

I love Carter Jewelers. I have been to other jewelers and they don't seem to be as personal and are more expensive for repairs, appraisals, etc. Carter Jewelers is very good about being competitive by "negotiating" a good price. They have been closed for remodeling and I await their reopening because I have a ring I bought on vacation in Hawaii this summer and need it appraised. They greet me by name and a glass of champagne when I walk in the door and I don't shop there often nor do I buy alot of expensive jewelry there. Maybe I just smell good.

This store has the best selection of engagement rings in stock. They had some amazing prices on so many rings. I was able to pick my own loose diamond and they set it in no time. I also found a great deal on a matching pendant that I was able to put on layaway. Carter Jewelers is like a super jewelry store in Jackson, MS!

Horrible shopping experience, there is no "leave us alone and let us look a minute." These people obviously rely on their reputation and not their customer service skills. They are a little high at Carter's but that would not have stopped me from getting a piece I loved. The customer service was enough to stop me though. Later I gave them another shot- I left a piece to be fixed. The day after I picked it up, it broke in the exact same spot!! I will never bother with this jeweler again.‎
