Well so far my wife has been unable to get anyone to call us back. They have our repair deposit, made the appointment, then called day of repair, said the door was not right. We have been unable to get the staff to call us back. They have our money but don't feel the need to fix our oldsmobile door.

Great service, quality work. Very fair pricing when done as a non-insurance job. Very nice folks to deal with. I highly recommend Tripps. Actually just took my car to them today for it's second visit.

Thanksgiving Day my brother backed in to my car denting in the bottom of the passenger door to where it made an awful noise when opened. Took my car in to them a week later to look at. Recommended by a coworker. Had the dent fixed and little paint job done in about 15 minutes. They were all very friendly and wasted no time getting it done. I hope I won't need them any time soon, but will remember them if I do. I would recommend them. Thank you for getting rid of that awful creaking noise when opening my door.

Terrible work they left most of the hardware off my car and some pieces are just loose. Also they had to do some sanding on some plastic and the took off way too much so the line on my hood is like a half inch wider at one side. They staff seems nice at first but are extemely arrogant. This place is aweful. I would go to a smaller shop where they actually care about quality insted of volume. This place is all show and no go. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
