I got a perm and paid extra for extra solution because I have very long hair. Within 4 days the ends and almost half way up my hair from the ends had gone almost completely straight. After talking to other hair stylists I learned this was due to not enough solution being used. I went back and she told me she would reperm my hair free of charge but wanted to wait a few weeks for the health of my hair and even offered to do moisture treatments on my hair free of charge to help it get back to health faster. I waited. When I went back she had changed her mind and wanted to charge me. Even when I offered to buy the solution myself she still wanted to charge me just to roll my hair. Even though I have virtually NO curl down almost half of my hair she said it has "adequate" curl for her to call it good. Looks really weird to have curl from your scalp down half of your hair and then it to be straight.
