No No No! Unbelievable experience. So much went on that I don't have the time to write all of it but here are the highlights. I was scheduled for a service and when I got there I was taken into a room and an employee came in. She was confused and all over the board as to why I was there. A simple service. She then proceeded to try and sell me all kinds of services that I was not interested in. ( ones that cost $450.00 and you have to come monthly). I kept trying to get back to my service. I was in with her for over 45 minutes while she drew me pictures of skin on a napkin. I finally said ok so let's keep moving forward. She then took me into the junky lobby where she tried to sell me expensive creams and junk jewelry. I was so curious what was going on. I again said, when is my service and she said I would have to make an appointment. HUH? Then the receptionist said that a new person made my appointment and only scheduled me a consult which I had told the person on the phone the previous night that I didn't need a consult. Long story, I was taken again into the room for service. The employee (notice I am not saying trained professional) nearly argued with me about what I wanted done. She seemed timid and was set on doing only what she wanted to do. She gave me a 10 minute service (laser) and that was it. It was a joke. THEN, I just wanted to get out of there so I went to pay and they charged me $150.00 more than what I was told on the phone. The receptionist told me that the person on the phone is new and should not have quoted me. HUH? So, I paid reluctantly because I was now late to pick up my twin boys. I was there being pitched for 2 hours and got a 10 minute service that did nothing. I am not new to spa services. This place is nothing but a sales pitch with non qualified employees that have not got a clue regarding customer service or how to provide services. Very unprofessional and disappointing. It's a waste of time and money. I will sum this up by saying that in this life, you usually get what you pay for......not here, you get NOTHING and pay PLENTY!!!!!!! So much more went on but I am done and moving on. Hope this helps you. If you are considering this NON SPA, don't !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
