Why is the florist still in business? FTD does not screen its companies if it keeps this horrible business as a partner.

THIS FLORIST RUINED MY ANNIVERSARY I ordered beautiful flowers for my wedding anniversary based upon a photograph on the webpage.

They delivered my wife browning flowers that were half of what was ordered. They look like what you can buy in a gas station.

The greeting card in an envelope that I ordered was a folded piece of paper without any envelope. Contacted them the same day received a response that they would get back to me in twenty-four hours--they didn't. I contacted them again two days later--said again they would get back to me in twenty-four hours...never did...that was four days ago.

The flowers were on life support when they brought them and passed away days ago. Either they made a mistake and didn't care or deceived me....HEY FLORIST I'M STILL WAITING FOR A RESPONSE FROM YOU.... OH IM USING MY REAL NAME SHOULD YOU CHOOSE TO CONTACT ME

I ordered a floral arrangement to be delivered to a funeral service yesterday. The delivery was suppose to have been same day delivery. I called them to give them the funeral home and to make sure they recieved my order. I had been calling them since 10am yesterday and they do not answer the phone. I left a voice mail but no one has called me back. I called this morning and someone finally answered. I told her the order I placed yesterday was not delivered to the funeral service. She told me to hold on and placed me on hold. She finally picked up the phone and then she didn't say anything and just hung up on me! This was and will be the first and last time I ever order from COMMUNITY FLORIST again! They apparently don't care about their customers and their concerns! If the flowers do not get delivered today (the last day of the funeral service) I will be disputing the charges on my credit card and will be calling the better business buearu to report them and who ever else I can report them to. I agree with the previous person who commented this company is a scam and do not waste your money on them!

This company is a scam. They do not deliver flowers on time and what flowers they do deliver look like some walmart bouquet that a homeless person would sell on a street corner. I'm going to enjoy declining the charges on my credit card. To all who are thinking about placing a purchase through this company DO NOT!

Often baskets contain a lot of things that a person might not want, this basket contained a generous offering of fruits, cheese, gift for her cat (extra special), cookies - and other things. She said everything was very fresh and of the best quality.I've ordered from Community Florist before this time also, and have always been very pleased with the items.
