This company bought out my mortgage on Feb. 1 and I called to make my first payment and was told there was a $20 surcharge to do it over the phone but there was no charge to do it online. I went online and set up an account but cannot make a payment there because it keeps saying there is a problem to do so and to call customer service for assistance. Today is Feb. 23 and I have called everyday since then for help. I keep getting put on hold for over 20 minutes at a time and no one ever answers and then I am sent to voice mail. I have left numerous messages and NO ONE HAS RETURNED ANY OF MY CALLS. And now they have sent me a late notice as if I am not trying to make my payment and they are helping me. What kind of business doesn't ever answer or return calls and then sends you to voice mail every time after holding 20 minutes or more? This business is a joke!!!!!
