When I first came to Pinnacle Tax Advisers I was losing sleep every night. For years I had been trying to deal with the IRS on my own and I was getting no where. Even when I worked out payment arrangements with them the interest and penalties were making the balance still go up every year instead of down. I felt like my life was at a stand still. When I first found Pinnacle I was skeptical because I just couldn't believe anyone could get me out of the mess I had made of my taxes. I heard about you guys through the radio. So far, it's been pretty good. You guys have been on point with all the things you said you would do. As far as that, it's been good. I can't wait until this is over with. As far as what you guys said you would do, what you are capable of doing, you've been on task. That's what I'm looking for. I feel great about the levy release Bich negotiated for me. It was a huge burden. The extra funds will help me get settled. That's a great plus in itself. I was satisfied with the speed.
