Horrible customer service. They claim to have underwriting complete within 48 hours which is totally false. I closed my loan with them and had to extend my contract twice because of their false information and their incompentent underwriters. They did not meet any deadlines and I would never recommend them to anyone. Still are not able to get a hold of anyone for other paperwork I am trying to locate. I don't even want to give a star but have to rate them for the review to go thru.
