Don't be surprised if you get dropped, when questioning their billing: During my first visit, February 2, 2015, Dr.Moreland, suggested to make a follow-up appointment for a Full Mouth Debridement. I discussed scheduling that appointment with Pam at the front desk. Pam told me that it was never covered for any patient by any insurance. She said, she wouldn't even file a claim. However, when checking my dental plan coverage, I discovered it was indeed covered, as long as the dentist submitted a pre-authorization. I emailed Pam that information. She still insisted that it was never covered for any patient by any insurance and a pre-authorization was un-necessary. Surprisingly, I received an EOB from Delta Dental, dated March 5, 2015, confirming that my plan covered that procedure. However, only a few days later, I received a letter from Dr. Moreland, saying that I was now no longer her patient.

From the moment you enter ( or call the office) to how Dr Moreland and her staff treats you, you feel important. They remember your name after only 1 visit. Really feels like FAMILY dentistry and not just "seeing patients". Love this office and would recommend it to anyone looking for a great dentist and quality care, esply if you have a family.
