General Info: Dr. Iftiker Ahmad has been a gastroenterologist since 1987. He enjoys both the cognitive and procedural aspects of the practice and finds gratification in diagnosing early gastrointestinal (GI) tract cancers and outlining processes for cure for the patient. His most common areas of focus include disorders of the colon and upper GI tract, acute and chronic liver diseases, and pancreatic disorders. When he’s not practicing medicine, he enjoys spending time with his granddaughter.
