This is truly a hospital to go to only on an emergency situation, after you have exhausted all other possibilities. You should not have to go into a hospital and tell them what to do, they are the professionals getting paid to tell me what they are going to do. Also 3 different people and 3 different answers, they all work in the same building so why the different answers? There is nothing urgent about urgent care. Staff are on their own time, and one person was on a personal phone call. I would always drive the 2 hour drive to get fabulous care over this. I brought my kids into the world to take care of them to the best of my ability and that means no more ER visits in I Falls.
