I looked up this location on Google & it's states this office is open 24 hours a day (odd) & not only is this info very wrong, the office closes at noon on Wed.

what's with this totally wrong info?

office is intimidating on the outside due to homeless? people hanging around. The # system they have in place is efficient. The staff is patient and friendly. I was impressed with the bilingual skills of their Africam-American staff members. All they need are magazines to distract impatient people who complain about what seemed to be short wait times.
