During my most recent experience I had some concerns with never returning to this store, all due to a simple misunderstanding when I was negotiating the price of my purchase via email. Thank god for technology now a days, I was able to bring up my emails on my iphone and show them what I was thinking was my out the door price and hadn't notice it didn't include tax and license. My rep was very patient and understanding she spoke to her manager and they where able to work with me. I couldn't thank them enough for their help.

GREAT DEALER SERVICE! I can into Hooman Toyota Scion to look at the new Scion cars. I was particularly interested in the Tc model. I got to spoken with Rayan. He showed me the different features. I'm impressed with the car and dealers. I'll gladly come back again soon.
