Awesome food, service and guest experience. I want more than jsut good food and service, and I got it here at this place. It was amazing!

The restaurant building and atmosphere are spetacular and very interesting with lots of separate rooms. The entrance includes an expansive water feature and check out the full-size wooden mortorcycle. The outdoor patio is huge with lots of waterfalls and palm trees. You would never know you are in Indio! BUT the food was disappointing. We have been there for both lunch and dinner. The baby back ribs were very good, but the dinner salads were only "so so", with one of them being warm and limp vs. cold. For lunch we orded two of the same - the sliders. In one case the sliders were well done and the other case they were medium. The tortilla soup was not very hot. All in all we probably won't go back because you never know what you will get. The food is just inconsistent. Go see the building if you want and have a drink at the bar, but don't eat there!

Me and my wife went with another couple on Valentines day. The food was ok. For the price of dinner we were very disappointed. The muffins were to small to cut in half and spread butter on. I asked for an Amstel light and the waiter said they did not carry that beer. My four year old daughter could have printed a menu better then the one we were given. It was a plain piece of paper that did not tell you the size or portions of your meal. One of the guest seated with us asked if they could please hold the cheese in his meal the waiter said sorry! we cannot, he explained that he asked the manager " if someone wanted just a steak on a plate and nothing else can we do that?" and the answer was no. Beautiful place but they have sacrificed the one important thing that keeps customers coming back and that's CUSTOMER SERVICE. I was very anxious to have dinner there but its sad to say I will not be going back

Fabulous, Incredible decor, great music, great bar scene, loved the food. One of my favorite restaurants is Babes in Rancho Mirage and I love what they did with their new restaurant. I can't wait to eat on the patio with its beautiful waterfalls and landscaping. Bravo

I went with a party of nine on Sunday evening. We usually go out to dinner with a large party and decided to try Jackalope since it was a new restaurant and highly recommended. We had asked the waitress if she could do separate checks per couple (which we always do at other restaurants) and she said it wasn't possible because of the size of the restaurant, (that didn't make any sense). The muffins they bring out before the food were cold and stale. The food was just ok and to substitute puree sweet potatoes for french fries was not permitted. A few of us had tri-tip and it was very tough. The ribs were o.k. but not incredible. No one ever came by to ask how our food was. We were all very disappointed in the service and the prices. The restaurant is beautiful, but after the experience we had, we all chose not to return. I had wished the manager would come to our table to ask us how things were.
