Provided by YP.comNEVER !!! NEVER!!!! NEVER!!!!!!!!! CALL THIS GUY.
I had a leak and called this so called United Leak Detection. A some John by name came and spent about 45 to 60 min doing what he called work and marked where the leak was supposed to be. The plumber came broke a big hole in my slab but couldn't find even the pipes in that area. Before he started digging, the plumber told me that he didn't think the leak was in the marked spot. The leak ended up being away from the spot not even close. The plumber was able to find the leak within a minute and with NO EQUIPMENT. I called and asked for the refund, THE LEAK SPECIALIST agreed, but then put my phone # in the NO ANSWER list. I called from a different phone and when I asked for the money he said that the check was sent but it was a BIG LIE.
DO NOT CALL THIS GUY !!!! DO NOT WASTE 300 DOLLARS. KEEP YOUR MONEY
I WOULDN'T GIVE IT A STAR BUT IT DIDN'T ALLOW ME TO SAVE THE MESSAGE. FORCED TO IT A STAR BUT IT DOESN'T DESERVE EVEN A NICE WORD.

Provided by YP.comI had a leak, and the guy from United showed up on time, and found the leak under the floor in the kitchen. This was our second floor leak, and the guy from American was kind of a jerk. This guy was waaaaayy nicer. I would call him again, but I hope I don't have to. :)

Provided by YP.comI called United Leak for a leak under my concrete slab. The guy found it and the plumber got it fixed the same day. I think it was alot cheaper than diggin a bunch of holes. Thanks!

Provided by YP.comDO NOT CALL THIS GUY!!! Huge waste of money. He was very nice when he came out, but the guy, John, is incapable of doing his job. I wasted $250 on him to come out and I dug a hole where he marked and it was the wrong spot. Called him and he actually answered and came out to remarked again. And again marked the wrong spot. I've spent hours and $750 for back hoe once and plumber 2 x's. I called the third x asking for money back he answered my initial call I think because I was on a different phone line. Needless to say I haven't heard a peep. I'm out the money, 2 warts in my yard and the line is still leaking. So again "DO NOT USE THIS GUY"

Provided by YP.comThe tech that showed up was an hour late, not a big deal. The problem started when he marked the leak and the plumber came out. The plumber tore up my floor where the United Leak Detection employee marked and found no leak nor any potential access to the leak. The plumber ended up finding the leak several feet away from where United Leak Detection told me it was. So, I ended up having to pay the Leak Detection Company $300, I paid the Plumber extra money for his time at my house and I ended up having to replace 2 floors instead of 1. Here is the worse part...after I found this out, I called John (the guy that came to detect the leak aka the President of the company) and he said "I'll contact the office and see what they can do". Two weeks later I have not heard a single word from him or his company. He will not return phone calls and he does not answer his phone. Currently filing against him and his company with the BBB.
