While the lawn is looking better, I may have to get a new lawnmower, it is so thick. I cannot raise the mower any more and it is getting bogged down when I mow.

My most recent experience is when I didn't get to talk with my lawn care associate and tell him my concerns about all the weeds due to the very hot and dry weather before he did my application, I call the tru green office and explained my concerns, they set up an appointment to reservice my lawn ,I greatly appreciate the service I get my lawn looks great all the time and Tyrus C. is great, very pleasant,courteous

We were not home when they came to do the aeration and seeding but they left good instructions for us to follow to ensure positive results. The lawn looks great and we are happy with the results.

Overall I'm very pleased with the service. Since we started having grub control, there hasn't been any mole tunnels. The yard is full and plush looking with the service we receive.

TruGreen has been taking care of our yard for at least three years and I could not be happier. Our yard is always green and more importantly weed free. They call us the night before to let us know they are coming and without fail our service tech is here to treat our yard. I am happy to review my recent experience with TruGreen. I am usually not at home when TruGreen treats my yard but this time I was. The service representative was very polite and stayed to task and before I knew it he was gone. I believe I have used TruGreen's professional services for approximately 5 or 6 years and there has not been one time that they were hesitant about answering any questions and/or concerns I may have had. One time I asked if they would return for a particular spot or area I felt needed a little more attention and they were pleased to accomodate without charging extra. Keep up the good work.
