The lady who answered the phone sounded like she was drunk when I called for information. She was very rude and kept asking same personal questions over and over. I was just trying to get help for my mother and not play 20 questions! No one showed up as they said they would.

The right at home people are the best. I needed dependable services. One agency quit abruptly and left in a lurch. I have diabetes and i needed someone to get me up for my dialysis appt, so when the other agency gave me 12 hours notice that my caregiver had quit, i was in a real bind. right at home came out and provided dependable people (5:30 am!! start) that truly care about me. I have adopted Jackie and think the world of her. I could not have made it without them.

Our family is so grateful to the Right at Home staff for taking such great care of Mom and Dad. God bless you all for doing such fine work. They really are Gods angels here on Earth. Words cannot thank them enough for everything they have done for our family. The girls were always like family to us. They relieved us of so much worry. We always knew mom and dad were safe and loved while in their care. They relieved us of so much worry. They always knew what they were doing, too. they had a nurse on staff even though not required. Always made me feel like they were doing. No other companion agency we interviewed had their own nurse. They also did drug testing on their employees. No other agency did that, either. they were definitely a step above everyone else.
