Founded in 1980 as a transportation planning business, Bernardin, Lochmueller & Associates has now become a full-service survey, engineering and environmental firm. Also known as BLA, the firm serves clients throughout the United States. It focuses on data collection and modeling through public involvement, design and construction oversight. In addition, Bernardin, Lochmueller & Associates provides a range of stormwater management, mapping, and water quality improvement and conservation solutions. The firm assists in the development of drainage channels, hospitals, offices, and retention and detention facilities. Its projects include Goebel Soccer Complex and Vanderburgh Industrial Park. Bernardin, Lochmueller & Associates has served Vanderburgh County School Corporation and Red Bank Development.
