      InteCare is a nonprofit organization that serves the public and private sectors. It provides a variety of behavioral health care and management services. The organization serves individuals with mental illnesses, emotional disorders, and substance abuse and addiction problems. Established in 1998, InteCare is accredited by the Utilization Review Accreditation Commission. Additionally, it operates InteCare Housing and InteCare Training Institute. It administers the Mental Health Funds Recovery Program, which is a federally-approved Medicaid Administrative Claiming program. The organization s clinical services include crisis evaluation and intervention, outpatient and inpatient detoxification, partial hospitalization, therapeutic foster care, medication monitoring and psychological assessment. InteCare is located in Indianapolis.
