Gowns are beautiful but pricey; service was courteous but not personal.

Where to start. Nice to the bride, but not to the bridesmaides. Told the bride one price but charged the bridesmaides 30% more. Would not take meserments over the phone. Refused to help pick a size baced on mesurements. When calling to ask questions, the associates do not know how to answer the question, or they are rude to you. The manager will not call you back in a timely manner. I had several problems with my bridesmaide dresses and recived no call back reguarding the matter. Lost my wedding dress and we had to reorder it. Dye lot on the bridesmaide dresses did not match and they refused to have new ones made. Overall, I would not recomend this place to any one!!!!

Demetrios was the first place I went to begin my wedding dress shopping. From the moment I walked in, I was assigned a very attentive (not pushy) salesgirl who was extremely helpful. She assisted in the fitting room and gave honest opinions about each dress I tried on. The other staff was also attentive and professional. I went to other bridal boutiques after, but no one came close to their service and professionalism, and I ended up buying my gown from them.
