Bad attitude, lack customer service skills, not knowing or or make up return policies.Mgr.Pauline needs to quite or get fired. She never answers question. Always in a hurry to leave, try to eembarrass customers in front of other customers: I returned item first excuse for not accepting my return, 15 days policy even though recent states 30 days, i returned the next day and questions this. Her next excuse was batteries have been used and finger prints on screen (plastic cover still on ) 3rd excuse not good enough reason for return. Mr. Lopez
