Areas Of PracticeCivil Trials: We are board certified as a civil trial attorneys, by the National Board of Trial Advocacy, since 1996; We have jury trial experience in Pennsylvania, Ohio and Michigan. We are experienced with personal injury cases involving motor vehicle collisions, product failures and defective designs, slip and falls, and defamation (libel or slander). We also have trial experience with cases involving will contests, boundary line disputes, gas rights/disputes, civil rights and employment discrimination, disputes with contractors, and adversary actions in bankruptcy cases. Bankruptcy: Since 1979 I have handled personal and business bankruptcies.
