The Stallings Volunteer Fire Department provides a variety of fire protection, suppression and prevention services. Its services include fire prevention, emergency preparedness, public safety education, emergency medical services and inspections and enforcement of adopted fire codes. The department s equipment consist of trucks, front line pumpers, tankers, grass and light rescue rigs, heavy rescues, ambulances, boats and various utility vehicles. The Stallings Volunteer Fire Department employs various full-time and volunteer firefighters. Its members use radios and pagers and responds to several fire and emergency medical service calls. Additionally, it offers mutual aid services to neighboring districts. The Stallings Volunteer Fire Department is located in Indian Trail, N.C.
