Fleet Response plays dirty.

They were the party responsible for investigating a hit and run, by one of their clients drivers, whom hit my car. With a full police report and a witness, they denied liability. They refused to return phone calls of a detective, which is obstructing an investigation in my opinion, and completely unethical. They offered a rental car to myself because my car was disabled due to the hit and run accident, to then later tell me they would not offer myself a rental vehicle. I would wait weeks for any response, to only leave voicemail after voicemail.

They lie, they cheat, and they don’t care.

Please, if you are a business looking to hire a third party, DONT hire Fleet Response.
