painted over paint on the door handle while it was attached to the driver's side.

He painted over the driver's door handle and now it's bubbling on the handle. They are liars even his wife. Expects me to pay $50. 00 plus for his mistake. He lies and continued to lie to me. The paint job was not good enough, to the hood and the two passenger doors just blended.
