Have used Bob's for a number of years and they show no loyalty to their patrons.
Discourteous when answering questions relating to poor service. Examples are no pick ups, trash dumped on the ground and not cleaned up, trucks leaking fluids on streets. When a pick up day falls on a holiday, their view is, " That it's not their fault pick up is on the holiday!" No alternate pick up for the trash nor a refund for no pick up.

It is true that this company is hard to reach by phone, but I've been with them for 2 years now and I haven't had major issues. They are reliable and the cheapest in my area. The billing system is old but I like to support local businesses so I'm staying with them.

They do not pick up on holidays or snow days and do not make pick up on an alternate date. Snowed on out pick up day that melted by noon called they office they told us to put the extra trash out next week. Got the bill, they charged us for extra trash. So we paid them for two snow days, they paid them again as an extra charge and no offer to remove the charges from the bill. They are not professional and very difficult to reach. I would not recommend

They do not cover all imperial. Selective service at this time. No reason given for not covering my area.

Obviously no business is totally devoid of complaints by a few (or many), but I have had nothing but PERFECT service from Bob's over the years. Garbage removal with Bob's is one of those rare things in life that you don't have to ever give a second thought to. It's simply done like clockwork. On the few occassions you do have to think about trash removal (like when you have a large/heavy item that needs to be removed), one call and it's done. I like their "old" billing system, by the way..

They are very fast and helpful. The only thing I don't like is that the billing system is old. Other than that, wonderful company.
