BEWARE!!!!! Worst company I have dealt with me in my life. They cut so many corners, and then when they were forced to deal with their mistakes they attacked us (the family dealing with a house fire that had already turned their world upside down). One of their employees would park down the street watching us, the same employee who stood in my driveway yelling, spitting, jumping up and down and threatening me to camp out in my driveway and lock me out of my house. Rhett told us at the beginning that he would clean and remove all the smoke smell form our home and our belongings. But then days before our scheduled move in they informed us they did not remove the smoke so we would not be able to bring anything back into the house that they had removed from the house after the fire for one year. So our family of six would go without a table or chairs for a year. I believe it is because they had âÂÂforgotâ to have my husbandâÂÂs family heirloom gun case refinished while having it in their possession for over 6 months(one of only 3 things we asked to be saved if at all possible) a painting we asked to be saved was returned smoke laden and the third was never returned at all even though I mad sure to tell multiple employee( including Rhett on multiple occasions) to keep it no matter what since it was my sisterâÂÂs that had passed away and the only thing I had of hers. I hope that no one will ever have to go through such a terrible experience especially after having to go through a house fire.
I have 4 little kids and they love to be outside. the only problem is that they like to bring outside, inside. Dirt, mud, sand, rocks, grass and tree limbs. They track it all through the house not to mention the drinks spilled hear and there those spots kill me. I was plesantly surprised when I saw all the stains they got out making that 9 year old carpet look practicly new again. Thanks a million
Tobin's is the BEST!! Their ENTIRE crew is very professional, friendly, curteous, and very knowledgable in what they are doing. They are truly a pleasure to work with. Especially during a very stressful time like a flooded basement. They are so caring about it all. Call them, you will not be sorry!!!
