We ordered wedding flowers from Staker Floral. Wish I had read the reviews before ordering. We had two separate bridal bouquets made, one for bridal pictures and one for the wedding. In addition, we ordered a simple headpiece. When I went to pick up the first bouquet, I sent a picture to the bride and she was just sad. It wasn't anything that she had asked for. She specifically said "No Roses!" and there were about 10 large white roses in the bouquet. Then she had special ordered dahlias and they ordered them in white as well, even though there was no white in her colors at all and her dress was a dusty pink in color. But the designer was there and she immediately went to task and fixed the bridal bouquet until it was absolutely beautiful. My kudos to the designer. She cared about the bride. She also fixed the headpiece, which was not anything that they had discussed. But when she went to put the headpiece on, it didn't fit at all. I feel like when someone requests a headpiece, somebody ought to at minimum, measure the bride's head. At the last minute, we were readjusting the headpiece to get it to fit. So the next Monday I called the owner to discuss my dismay with what had happened and to make sure things were in place for the actual wedding day. The designer had taken pictures of the first bouquet and headpiece and assured me the next set would be exactly the same. You could tell the owner was not at all happy that I was calling to complain as she was the one that had originally discussed the order with my daughter. Fast forward to the wedding bouquet. I had my daughter pick it up so that she could make sure it was what she wanted. It was half the size of the first one and had one maroon flower in it. We have pictures of the first one versus the second one. The only thing they got right was no roses. When she expressed her displeasure, the owner had no interest in making it right and told her it was what it was. Interesting how it had already been paid for. We had to take it to another florist in Utah to fix and her sisters fixed her headpiece, which again was nothing like what she had requested and didn't fit!

I would strongly recommend that you get your wedding flowers anywhere but STAKER floral. I will never give them my business again. The owner is the least bit interested in making sure things are done right! Run away from this place!

They have been so awesome. I have had two friends loose their babies (newborn and 3 year old) both within two months and Staker Floral employees were fabulous! The manager was awesome and willing to assist in anyway and the flowers were just beautiful! I wouldn't go any where else and will continue to recommend EVERYONE to go to them hands down. Also just for reference I first tried Down to Earth Floral and the gal on the phone was extremely rude! I would much rather go to Staker Floral where the customer service is much better and the flowers beautiful!!!! Thank you Staker Floral for all your help in time of need!
